1. Step 1

   mailing lists usually have a link either on top or bottom of their emails that you can unsubscribe yourself through that from their list. so, first read the whole email exactly and see whether you can see any "unsubscribe" or so, if no, it may be a sentence that is identical the same unsubscribe for example: "if you no longer wish to receive this email please click here" or simply "here"

2. Step 2

   if there was no link to take you to unsubscribe section, you may look up their website for any such section. of course, first you had better to look for term "unsubscribe". it is most likely that you need to sign in before search for such terms.

3. Step 3

   if above steps didn't work out, find their email address. usually you can see a link like "contact us" or "email us" or so. find their email address and send them out an email and ask them to remove your email from their list

4. Step 4

   if neither of them work, go to your inbox and mark their received email as spam or as junk (in some mail servers this term is used) and let your mail server manage this kind of emails.
